Login your facebook account and go to Account -> Account settings.

Click Account Security to control browsing and login security for your account

In Login Notifications select both the check box ‘Send me an Email’ and ‘Send me a text Message’ then Click save.

If you are trying to login your facebook account at netcafe or any Pc Facebook security asks “Name New Computer” then type computer name as your refer.
